Supporting charities through your workplace giving program can often provide added benefits and advantages.

MATCHING GIFTS
More and more companies are now conducting their own employee workplace-giving fund drives. In order to encourage charitable giving, the companies will often "match" your gift-thereby doubling your gift for the animals. Some will even "double-match" your donations to triple the impact of your original donation. Please check with the human resources director at your company to make sure that HFA is included in your company's campaign. If HFA is not, please request an application for HFA or contact us so that we can apply to be included in your campaign.

COMBINED FEDERAL CAMPAIGN
Federal employees can participate in the annual Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), which runs from September 1 through December 15. You can easily locate the Humane Farming Association in the Animal Funds of America (AFA) section in your CFC materials.

Many states now conduct their own annual government employee campaigns. Check to see if HFA is included in those charities from which to select.

UNITED WAY
Through the United Way's "Donor Option" program, you can now select HFA as the beneficiary of your United Way gifts. Please remember to write HFA in as your choice using our complete, spelled-out name: the Humane Farming Association. Since procedures vary with each local or regional campaign, please check with your workplace coordinator to make sure that you write your choice in correctly.
